I’m Meredith Faulkner, and I love words.

I have a BA in English Writing from Loyola University of New Orleans and have worked since 2014 writing, editing, and helping others polish their words to perfection.

I believe that no text is too small for an attentive eye and caring hand. Whether it is your company’s Twitter account or a story that you want to submit for publishing, I want to help you make your words the best they can be.

Projects that I would love to help you with include

  • Blogging

  • Academic writing

  • Fiction

  • Social media content

  • Poetry

And even if your project isn’t listed here, email me, and we can discuss if I’m the right fit for you.

What do other people think about me?

“Meredith truly is a fantastic writer to work with! From reading her articles, you can clearly see the attention to detail and care she puts into her craft. The quality of the writing is incredible and this is largely due to her ability to research and understand a broad range of topics. She can also not only write with authoritativeness but also with a fun and engaging tone that makes the words flow effortlessly while reading them.”

– Gideon Waxman, website manager and writer

“Meredith has helped me in my writing several times. She’s edited my songs, poems, and essays, and written a bio that I use frequently in my work as a musician. She has an eye for detail and will help your work shine!”

–Taylor Mroski, musician and songwriter

“I rarely recommend other editors. But I have worked with Meredith for years and been consistently impressed by her writing skills and her knowledge of language. I wholeheartedly recommend Meredith’s writing and editing abilities, and what’s more, I trust her with my own work.”

–Bethany F. Brendan, writer and editor

“I trust Meredith to edit my work not only because she is thorough and discerning, but also because she cares about my goals for my writing and tailors her approach to meet them.”

–Dr. Karen Rosenbecker, professor of classical studies
